Last full day on tour and another long day.

Breakfast at 10, team walk around and yoga at 10:45 and some free time to start packing, etc.

Bus departs at 2 for Alicante as I have arranged a last minute game vs. Hercules.  2 hour ride and game at 5 and boys are tired, both mentally and physically. 

We play well in the 2nd half but lose 3-1 but its ok, this loss is on me as I tried to get them one more game.  Boys played well in spurts but just too much to ask of us with 3 games in 4 days. 

A great ball from Harrison Machado set up Sammy Hayward and he beat two players and scored a great goal and we were all over them in the last 20.

Regardless, a great effort once again.  My boys have passion and a work rate that is just priceless.

Dinner at 9 and then our hosts show us a video that they put together for our trip.  What great hosts and we will not forget them. The  boys give Sara, our guide, an autographed soccer ball and she is just beaming with pleasure.

Bus at 11 pm for Barcelona as we have a 7 am flight, ugh, another  long  day ahead of us.

I will do a final entry after we get home and recap the  trip.

On a positive note, Eddie Puskarich and Kevin Machado are not returning with us as they are heading to Manchester, England to train with Chesterfield FC for a few weeks.  We will wish them the best of luck and keep you  posted.

Pray for safe flights for us please.
