July 24th - last day of group play at Dana Cup

Another long day for  SnS but another good day as well.

Boys B started us off with a very poor performance as we lost 3-0 to a very talented Norwegian team, we look tired and unmotivated.

Girls next up and they pound a Norwegian team 3-0 with goals from Megan Pitcock, Jenny Slack, and Amber Devine.  Looked very good in this game.

Boys A had a very physical game vs. another Norwegian team and lost 3-1 as Matt Pitcock scored the lone goal.  It was a close game but they had too much firepower.

After lunch, Boys B play again and game of the tour as we beat an incredible Norwegian team 1-0 and really showed what organization and hard work can do as Donnovan scored with about 4 minutes left to surprise the Norwegians. Boys B on cloud 9 and deservedly so.

Girls finish the night with a 0-0 tie vs. a Norwegian team as we just could not find the net.  

All in all, great for SnS as Girls win their group and advance to the A finals.

Boys A took 2nd and advance to the A finals
Boys B took 3rd and advance to the B finals.

Win or go home start on Thursday so wish us luck.

Hot again today, not a cloud in sight, love this weather.
