SnS update - July 19th - win or go home day

Tough day for SnS as we had an early start with girls playing in the winner bracket at 8 am, about 45 minutes away from our hotel and after a slow start and being down 1-0 Payton hit a bomb from about 30 to tie the score.  And just as I was picking my 5 for PKs the Swedish team scored with about 2 minutes left, heartbreaking loss 2-1 but girls played great.  Several key injuries today as well as our legs are dead, time to heal up now.

Boys A next and lost 3-0 to a Swedish team with some questionable ref decisions, oh well, it happens sometimes.

Regardless, all 3 teams advanced to winner bracket and that's a great feat in itself.

Did some match analysis this afternoon as its time for the kids to dissect and evaluate games.   Some very good discussion points.

For first time on tour, just an evening to chill out, play cards, and relax.

Friday we will do some sightseeing, watch some games, etc.

Great Gothia Cup and so proud of the kids.
