July 19th - so promising but yet so far away.

Boys C play on Heden today vs. Cruzero, the #1 seed in the B16 age group.  These boys are under professional contracts and they show it as they beat us 5-0 but what an experience.  we fought  hard but they have too much firepower.  great crowd and great atmosphere but poor result.  after the game we take a group pic as there were very humble and great kids, but a great run as well for the 16s, so proud of them.

We rush to the B18 game and we fall behind early fight back to tie late and then win on Penalty kicks.  Eddie, AJ, Alex, and Bret secure a 4-2 win while Jacob made 2 great saves.

Boys C next up and go up 1-0 and play very well but give up a late goal and then lose on penalty kicks.  Sebastian D, Brandon V, and  Brandon Jones score but its not enough as we lose 4-3  also, a good run for  the B15s.

B18s, A, team play again and play poorly but Brandt scored a nice goal and we win 1-0 so we still have one more team still in it.

After dinner, we go to watch BK Hacken play a 1st division game and win 2-1. very good game and glad the boys had a chance to see a professional game.

Light rain all day today and a little cool but spirits are  very high and boys are still doing great.
