An easy today. rain cancelled our breakfast club and the morning we gave the kids free time to walk around town or just chill.  after lunch, we had a session in the rain and the teams are really clicking well.  the weeks schedule worked out perfect as the teams are primed for competition. if this mornings session is any indication, watch out  come monday.

Team movie tonight but only after hundreds of sittups for not signing in and out properly.  they will learn, trust me, but it might be painful and take awhile.  we leave at 5 am sunday morning so early curfew.  next stop is sweden.
