Gothia cup - monday - first day of competition began with the girls 16 winning 1-0, left off where they finished last year with a good win, score does not indicate the domination, girls 18 followed up with a 3-0 win against a spanish team, played really well as well and the girls 14 destroyed a swedish team 4-0 and are fast becoming the surprise of the tour. the boys played a team from tanzunia at the showcase fields and lost 4-0, great team and the team learned a lot from this game.  after dinner, the opening cereronies with 50,000 fans, fireworks, teams, and more, a sight that all must witness first hand to get the whole experience.  great first day but tomorrow brings more competition, hopefully i will have more good news to report to you.
