Germany sporthotel, wednesday, another great day in germany, a little cool today and no one is complaining, fields are great, plush and green, and like carpet.  2 sessions again today, kids are very sore so we had a 10:30 curfew to get more rest, funny thing was that no one complained. at first the kids thought they were being punished and when i explained the circumstances, they actually agreed, what do you know about that.  wish i had something to spice up the journal but this is concentration training, a time to work on team chemistry and structure.  wish every team could experience this type of training, no outside distractions. there is actually a professional team from turkey here and the kids see how similar the atmosphere is between stars 'n stripes and the team from turkey, name too long to mention.  we watch some of their training, not much intermingling as language is a big problem.  tomorrow a welcome excursion into town for civilization should be fun.  kids are doing great, so far no huge signs of homesickness but i suggest a nice care package during the gothia cup will really be appreciated.  do  not forget the coaches.  all for now,

they have no idea what they are in for!
